Who Runs This Site

Tucson Air Conditioning Repair is operated by FlashCat LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we," "us"). FlashCat LLC is responsible for this website and the referral service it offers.

What the Service Is

Tucson Air Conditioning Repair is a free referral and advertising service. We are not an air conditioning contractor and we don't perform the work ourselves. When you call or send a request, we connect you with independent air conditioning companies licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Those businesses set their own prices, do the work, and are solely responsible for it, including their licenses and insurance. We may receive payment from businesses that advertise through this site.

No Guarantees

We don't guarantee that a business will be available, will contact you, or will quote a particular price, and we don't guarantee the quality of any work. Prices and figures on this site are general estimates drawn from published sources, not quotes. Information here is general and isn't professional advice for your situation. Check a business's license and reviews before you hire it.

Your Request and Consent

When you send a request and tick the consent box, you agree that we may share the information you provide with businesses that can help, and that they or we may call you at the number you gave about that request. Consent isn't a condition of buying anything. Calls to our numbers are forwarded to the person handling your request, and our phone provider keeps a record of each call.

Using the Site

Give accurate information, and don't use the site to send spam or anyone else's details. We may block requests that look automated or abusive.

Limitation of Liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, FlashCat LLC isn't liable for any work, products, advice or conduct of the businesses you're connected with, or for indirect or consequential losses from using this site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
